Membership

There are two membership types at the Southwest Indiana Association of REALTORS®.

The first type is REALTOR® membership.  Once you have successfully completed the necessary real estate course, passed the state exam and received your real estate license from the state of Indiana, you may become a member by joining a local firm.  If you hold a license that is Managing Broker Eligible, you may join by starting you own firm.  New members are required to attend a New Member Orientation.  SIAR holds the New Member Orientation once a quarter.  For more detailed information about becoming a Realtor member, click the link:  Interested in becoming a REALTOR®?
