The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate all your baking and cooking needs. The Belvedere also is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, Whirlpool dishwasher, and optional weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning service. $4000 rate is for minimum of 3 month lease. Shorter and longer term lease rates vary based on length of the lease.
