The Belfry also is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, Whirlpool dishwasher, and optional weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning service. The pricing varies on length of lease. $3000 is minimum 3 month lease price. Shorter term and longer term lease rates vary based on length of lease.
